Women’s Leadership Council

The Women’s Leadership Council of the Boys & Girls Clubs uses “woman power” to think bigger and act more boldly to get results that make a difference in the lives of our young Club members. There are many ways to get involved, get connected, and pursue your passion:

  • Serve as a B & G Club Ambassador. Share the Club’s mission and impact with others in the community.
  • Attend Quarterly Networking Luncheons. A luncheon series with inspirational and experienced community leaders sharing their personal and professional stories.
  • Volunteer at B & G Clubs’ events. We need big hearts, open minds and a lot of kindness to share with Club members. Volunteer opportunities range from special events to a one-on-one mentoring program.
  • Nominate your favorite Unsung Hero. The WLC honors Community Superstars– from among the outstanding and often unseen women and men who power our families, workplaces and community. (CLICK HERE FOR NOMINATION FORM)
  • Join the WLC Team on our “Walk for the Kids” Fundraiser–a 3K walk that provides after-school scholarships to those children who need a BGC most. Help keep kids off the streets and in the Clubs.
