The following events are sponsored by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. All proceeds help to continue their life-saving mission.

As you begin to create your marketing and contribution budget for FY ’08, I hope that you will make a positive decision to include the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County. The following pages will list our events that the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County have planned for the next year. We can customize pledges and invoicing to meet your budgetary needs.

As you will see, we have increased the benefits for each event. Sponsors of $50,000+ worth of contributions (combined) will be included on all BGC marketing materials throughout 2008 as “Proud Sponsor of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Sarasota County.”

In addition, we have created the sponsorship level of $5,000 called our Friends of the Boys & Girls Clubs Membership, which includes guaranteed participation at the major events reaching Sarasota, North Port, Venice and Lakewood Ranch. This membership level is $5,000 (and saves you $1,000). Membership includes: One table at Prime Time, one table at Carnival of Venice, one Foursome at the Golf Classic, and one table at Kid’s Night Out. There is opportunity for mix and match events, if needed.

The Boys & Girls Club Golf Classic is a joint fundraiser for Sarasota & Manatee County. The format is a four-man Florida Shamble. The event includes a putting contest, lunch, post-tournament reception and live auction.

Kids Night Out is the premier event for the Boys & Girls Club. The evening includes dinner, entertainment, and a live & silent auction, in addition, three deserving people in the community will be inducted into the BGCSC Hall of Fame during the evening.
